Our chocolates are produced using ethically sourced estate chocolates from France’s storied chocolatier Michel Cluizel. We then combine this chocolate with premium ingredients to produce unique and seasonal flavour profiles.
Our award-winning, signature ganache-filled chocolates are made in small batches and finished with a hand-painted touch.
Our unique chocolate bar design is the result of a close collaboration with industrial designer Odin Cappello. Meant to mimic British Columbia’s mountainous landscape, the 3D array of polygons pay respect to our surroundings.
Our ‘pebbles’ are a collection of carefully-sourced dried fruits and nuts that are coated with a meticulously calibrated layer of chocolate.
Inspired by the Canadian Rockies, our ‘Rocks’ are aerated chocolates, made by hand. Intended to be free-form and bite-sized.
