Our ‘pebbles’ are a collection of carefully-sourced dried fruits and nuts that are coated with a meticulously calibrated layer of chocolate. Pebbles come simply packaged in a 9oz glass jar.
SUN-DRIED OKANAGAN CHERRIES
Like summer, only better. These plump, juicy cherries were grown and dried under the hot sun in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley. We’ve coated them with a generous layer of 63% dark chocolate, and a dusting of cocoa powder.
CARAMELIZED MARCONA ALMONDS
Grown along the Mediterranean coasts of Spain, Marcona almonds are considered the queen of all almonds. Packed full of beneficial oils, these buttery-textured almonds have been roasted and caramelized in small batches, before being coated in 63% dark chocolate.
CARAMELIZED FRASER VALLEY HAZELNUTS
Grown not far from our kitchen in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley, these hazelnuts are roasted and caramelized in small batches, then covered in a generous coating of 63% dark chocolate and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
These creamy, organic California pistachios are roasted and caramelized in small batches, then covered in a generous coating of 39% milk chocolate.
Whole macadamia nuts, roasted and caramelized in small batches then coated in a layer of 63% dark chocolate and a dusting of coconut.
Crisp malted milk centres, coated first in a layer of 39% milk chocolate, then a layer of 63% dark and finished
with a dusting of gold.
Whole freeze-dried strawberries are coated in a layer of 63% dark chocolate and ruby dust.
Whole freeze-dried blueberries coated first in a a layer of white chocolate, and finished with a layer of blueberry chocolate.
